Struggle Street at Symmons Plains 🥵

Hey Guys,

Well, what a weekend - I feel like to say that we struggled would be an understatement! Compared to where we were last year it is not the weekend we were hoping for.

One of our biggest issues was chasing balance, our Qualifying was tough all weekend.

Saturday was one to forget, I just couldn’t avoid Dave & Frosty coming together and did some damage to the front of #25, we had to stop and the guys had to do some repair work on the spot to classify me as a finisher… best we could do was P23.

Sunday there was a slight improvement, started P16 and made up 12 spots to just miss out on the podium which was a massive turn around; we stopped late and so we had the tyre advantage at the end to move through the field!

I had spent all of my tyres in Race 4 that morning to hunt for a podium so I wasn’t able to do much in our final race of the weekend, managed to stay out of trouble and finished P18.

Full focus is on the Grand Prix now, the team & I will be straight back into it tomorrow, and look to have a really positive weekend in Melbourne - it’s always exciting to race alongside the big dogs from F1!

Cya in two weeks!
