Back Racing in WA! 🚦
Hey Guys, Â
Really not much to say about this weekend, it was good to be back racing in WA and to see the locals, but the results made it a weekend to forget! Â
Qualified P23 for our night race and only managed to gain 1 spot, we had no balance or speed. I thought I was going alright in Quali but when I got out and saw my times and spots I quickly realised that wasn’t the case!Â
Sunday didn’t get any better, we had another tough time in Qualifying and finished down the back in both sessions. Â
In saying that, the boys worked super hard in the Race and I pushed the #25 pretty damn hard, after the race restarted after that massive crash I was able to get up to P12 with some good tyre life and an undercut which felt like a win after the weekend we had been having.Â
In our final race I had some more battles, had no radio back to the crew, and the highest I could get was P19. Â
I love this team, we gave it our all and didn’t give up so thanks to the guys for pushing on.Â
We’ve got a test day now before the next event so we can’t wait for that. Thanks to all you guys and our partners who have our backs, through thick and thin.Â
Speak after Winton!Â
